Where are the items located on the property?	All items must be located on the ground floor. The Rebuilding Exchange pickup team reserves the right to refuse any donation not stored or prepared properly.

Please let us know if you’d like to add any additional items to the pick-up, as our trucks are scheduled to capacity every day. We aim to be as accommodating as possible, but due to the high volume of pick-up requests, we may have limited times that we can come to your location. Pick-ups are typically scheduled with 4-hour windows. Our pick-up team reserves the right to decline any item(s) that are not in resalable condition.

There is a $25 to $35 fee to schedule a pickup, depending on driving distance for our crew. This is payable to the pickup driver via cash or check. If you prefer to pay with a Visa/MasterCard you may phone in your payment @ 773-252-2234.
