About the host organizations
AIA-Chicago
The AIA Chicago is the largest chapter of licensed architects, architectural interns, and allied professionals within AIA Illinois. It is the second largest AIA chapter in the country with nearly 3,000 members, and is the local connection for those in the design industry. AIA Chicago is the grassroots effort that provides the best forum for sharing information, ideas, and resources. Through seminars, committees, lecture series, and other Chapter programs, members exchange professional experiences and knowledge. The Chapter magazine, Chicago Architect, an electronic newsletter, and a calendar of chapter events are key communication tools designed to inform members and others of the Chapter's activities and encourage involvement in the AIA.
